We have classified rates A - E purely dependent on the hours per week of contractual obligation. These rates are standard for each healthcare discipline, and are generally not open to negotiation. These are as follows: Classification: Ø A. Greater than 40 hours $65.00/hr   Ø B. 30 – 39.5 hours $70.00/hr Ø C. 20 – 29.5 hours $90.00/hr Ø D. 10 – 19.5 hours $80.00/hr Ø E.
